*Due to the current Pandemic Outbreak of COVID-19, there may be delays in shipment and orders will be shipped out twice a week.
*There is a flat rate charge of MYR10 for both East and West Malaysia.
*Tracking numbers will be provided via email or DM after the order has been dispatched out.
*Pick-up at a convenient location within the Likas and KK city centre area can be arranged for orders within Kota Kinabalu.
We do not offer any refunds after a purchase has been placed but will consider options for replacement or repair if the product you receive is incorrect, damaged on arrival or defective due to our oversight. Please send a photo to (firstname.lastname@example.org) and your receipt number.
Product Care:Wipe gently with a damp cloth if necessary. If soiled, it can be hand washed gently using delicate soap and then lay flat to dry. Fringe ends can be gently combed.
