Returns:
We do not offer any refunds after a purchase has been placed but will consider options for replacement or repair if the product you receive is incorrect, damaged on arrival or defective due to our oversight. Please send a photo to (hellomacrame.it@gmail.com) and your receipt number.
Product Care:
Wipe gently with a cloth if necessary. If soiled or dirty, it can be gently hand washed using a mild soap and then laid flat to dry
