Shipping & Delivery
*Due to the current Pandemic Outbreak of COVID-19, all shipment will be affected and orders will be shipped out once a week until further notice.
Orders within Malaysia
Orders will be shipped via J&T Express or otherwise. Based on your location, deliveries will take approximately 3-5 working days. Tracking number will be provided via email or DM after your order has been dispatched.
Flat Rate: RM10 (West Malaysia) RM6 (East Malaysia)
Ensure that your delivery address is updated and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery.
We require 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to pack and dispatch your order, unless otherwise stated.
Estimated delivery time is from the date the order is shipped, and not the date the order is placed.
Customers will bear the full cost of re-delivery unless it is an error on our part.
Unclaimed bounced packages will be disposed of after 3 months without prior notice.
We will not be able to refund delivery charges that are made due to customers’ negligence to apply the code before checkout.
Orders outside Malaysia will be shipped via DHL. Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated upon checkout.

- International delivery takes 10 - 21 days, excluding weekends and public holidays. In the event of failed deliveries, delivery may take longer than stated.
- Your order may be delivered to you by either your local post office or a local courier, depending on your area. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notification slip may be left by the postal service to advise on re-delivery or collection.
- All applicable customs and import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
