Purchase of Products

General Info

  1. The true colour of a product may vary slightly due to lighting and inevitable discrepancies arising from individual computer and/or tech device.

  2. Ensure that the correct item(s) has been selected before you complete the checkout process.

  3. We will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and we will not be held liable in the event that the wrong item(s) is selected.

  4. Your order is only secured and confirmed upon submission of payment.

  5. Upon checkout, if you receive an error message that that says the item(s) in your cart is unavailable, it means that the item(s) has been checked out by another buyer. In the event that the buyer fails to complete the transaction, the item(s) will be made available on the Website again in about 30 minutes from the time of checkout.

  6. In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order, a refund will be made to your original mode of payment.

  7. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.

Discounts Codes

  1. Discount codes must be applied in the shopping cart before you complete the checkout process.

  2. There will be no refund or reimbursement if your voucher is not applied to your order.

  3. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. In the event that the product you receive is incorrect or defective due to our oversight, please send us an email (contact@okiara.com) with the images of the defect / wrong item sent and your receipt number.

  2. We will not accept returns should you purchase our product from an unauthorised third party, or for products not in their original condition.

  3. Shipping fees incurred to send the item back to us will be paid by us only if we sent the wrong item.

  4. Okiara reserves the right to deny returns if the aforementioned conditions are not met.

  5. We do not offer refund services due to hygiene purposes. Only eligible for an exchange, if the goods received is incorrect.We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

  6. The method of refund will be treated on a case by case basis.

  7. With CUSTOM PIECES no returns are accepted. There are no exchanges for any earrings that are customized pieces.
