PLEASE NOTE:

We're working closely with our delivery partners to get your orders to you as safely as possible. This includes drivers making contactless deliveries and adhering to hygiene precautions as advised by the local government and health authorities. Please allow a few extras days for your order to be processed. There may also be some delivery delays depending on the network capacity of our delivery partners. Once you get your shipping confirmation email, you'll be able to get the latest updates by clicking the tracking link.

Orders within Malaysia (FURNITURE, VASES, VESSELS, DECORATIVE ITEMS)

Orders will be shipped via LALAMOVE (FLAT RATE RM65 WITHIN KL AND SELANGOR ONLY) or otherwise. Based on your location, deliveries may be made on the same day or on your preferred date within 1 week. Any communication or updates on delivery will be made via WhatsApp only.

For orders outside of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor please select 'SELF PICKUP' upon check out. You may pick up at Okiara store or arrange own transport for products. If you need assistance for delivery please WhatsApp us at 017-641 8748 where we can discuss other means of delivery and an additional cost for shipping will be incured.

 

Orders within Malaysia (EARRINGS OR ACCESSORIES)

Orders will be shipped via DHL or otherwise. Based on your location, deliveries will take approximately 3-7 working days. Tracking number will be provided via email after your order has been dispatched.

Flat Rate: RM8 (West Malaysia) OR RM15 (East Malaysia)

  1. Ensure that your delivery address is updated and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery.

  2. Estimated delivery time is from the date the order is shipped, and not the date the order is placed.

  3. Customers will bear the full cost of re-delivery unless it is an error on our part.

  4. Unclaimed bounced packages will be disposed after 3 months without prior notice.

  5. We will not be able to refund delivery charges that are made due to customers’ negligence to apply the code before checkout.
