Shipping & Delivery


We're working closely with our courier partners to get your orders to you as safely as possible. This includes drivers making contactless deliveries and adhering to hygiene precautions as advised by the local government and health authorities. Please allow a few extras days for your order to be processed. There may also be some delivery delays depending on the network capacity of our delivery partners. Once you get your shipping confirmation email, you'll be able to get the latest updates by clicking the tracking link.

Orders within Malaysia

Orders will be shipped via Lalamove, DHL Express or J&T Express depending on type of order placed. Based on your location, deliveries will take approximately 5-7 working days. Tracking number will be provided via email after your order has been dispatched.

  1. Shipping rates will be calculated upon check-out.
  2. Ensure that your delivery address is updated and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery.
  3. Estimated delivery time is from the date the order is shipped, and not the date the order is placed.
  4. Customers will bear the full cost of re-delivery unless it is an error on our part.
  5. Unclaimed bounced packages will be disposed after 3 months without prior notice.
  6. We will not be able to refund delivery charges that are made due to customers’ negligence to apply discount code before checkout.
