Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE:

We're working closely with our delivery partners to get your orders to you as safely as possible. This includes drivers making contactless deliveries and adhering to hygiene precautions as advised by the local government and health authorities. Please allow a few extras days for your order to be processed. There may also be some delivery delays depending on the network capacity of our delivery partners. Once you get your shipping confirmation email, you'll be able to get the latest updates by clicking the tracking link.

Orders within Malaysia

Orders will be shipped via J&T Express or otherwise. Based on your location, deliveries will take approximately 3-5 working days. Tracking number will be provided via email after your order has been dispatched.

Flat Rate: RM7 (West Malaysia) RM12 (East Malaysia)

  1. Ensure that your delivery address is updated and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery.

  2. Estimated delivery time is from the date the order is shipped, and not the date the order is placed.

  3. Customers will bear the full cost of re-delivery unless it is an error on our part.

  4. Unclaimed bounced packages will be disposed after 3 months without prior notice.

  5. We will not be able to refund delivery charges that are made due to customers’ negligence to apply the code before checkout.

International Orders

Orders outside Malaysia will be shipped via FedEx. Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated upon checkout.

  1. International delivery takes 5 - 7 days, excluding weekends and public holidays. In the event of failed deliveries, delivery may take longer than stated.
  2. Your order may be delivered to you by either your local post office or a local courier, depending on your area. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notification slip may be left by the postal service to advise on re-delivery or collection.
  3. All applicable customs and import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
